Same for me, on MCPC+ and vanilla+forge both, without any other mod or plugin. Tried 393 and 395 builds. I've also noticed same thing about diamond drill (can't craft too). I suspect this bug affects only recipes containing chargable items crafted uncharged (I've checked that: crafting of QuantumSuit Bodyarmor also anavailable, it contains jetpack for example). This happens to singleplayer and multiplayer modes both. I can provide any additional information. |

It seems that it wont craft it since the laser drill has a damage value (or whatever, the charge bar), and the recipe uses a laser drill without a damage value. The same issue is with Pattern Storage also. Tested with the 395 build. |

Tested with build 397. The recipe only accepts a fully-charged mining laser. |
