Summary | 0002000: Mining drill does not place torches
Description | According to http://wiki.industrial-craft.net/index.php?title=Mining_Drill "right-clicking with the Mining Drill will place a Torch down, if there is any in your inventory." However, in recent builds of IC2 (tried with 2.6.71 and 2.6.72), right clicking with the Mining drill has no effect, even when there are torches in the inventory (including hotbar).
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Equip a mining drill (craft one first if necessary). 2. Make sure torches are in inventory or hotbar (but not the off-hand slot; torches there will be placed even if the main hand is empty, invalidating the test). 3. Right click the side or top of a block. Result: nothing happens Expected: torch placed
