Summary0000110: All IC2 machines in a chunk can get frozen in time
DescriptionI don't know how better to describe this. Sometimes all IC2 cables, storage blocks, transformers and machines in a chunk will just stop working. Newly-placed machines work normally.

Affected cables will not transfer power, even to and from unaffected machines.

Electric items cannot be charged in storage devices, and IC2 machines will not run, as if they are not receiving ticks. For example, an induction furnace receiving a redstone signal will neither smelt items nor use power. Without a redstone signal, the furnace will not cool down (and still won't smelt items)

Machines from other mods appear to not be affected - my rotary macerator ran out of power and then started slowing down, as expected. If new devices are placed in the chunk, they work normally.

I can't provide a world save as this happened to me on a server. The glitch has not happened to anyone else on the server, but has happened to me three times, in two different nearby chunks.
Additional InformationThis happened twice in one chunk, which had an HV cable passing through it. After the second time, I moved the cable to an adjacent chunk, and the same problem eventually happened to that chunk.

Before and after I moved the cable, there was a chunk boundary touching a corner of the cable (layout: http://puu.sh/1urdb and http://puu.sh/1ureu - the chunk boundary is the border between the blue and grey wool). I don't know if this is coincidental or if it triggered the bug.

Restarting the server did fix the problem.
Logging out and back in while nobody else was near (which should reload the chunk) did not fix the problem.
Breaking and replacing affected blocks, without moving them to a different position, does fix the problem for those blocks.

BuildCraft power systems in the same chunk were not affected.

I never experienced a similar problem in 1.108, in the same server, with the same power system.

This happened to me again. This time, logging out and back in did unfreeze the machines, and they seemed to run the accumulated ticks very quickly - not instantly though.

0000136 and Forgecraft have seen this issue, but with ComputerCraft monitors and solar panels in the same area. Any of those by any chance?

There were no solar panels nearby, but there were monitors in both chunks.
