Summary	0001445: Emptying Water Cells into Buildcraft Tanks Consume Item
Description	Water cells can be emptied into Buildcraft tanks(and presumably other fluid container blocks), but unlike buckets, the water cell is consumed in the process instead of depositing an empty cell into inventory. Right-clicking on a normal block with the water cell also seems to behave like right-clicking with a water bucket, leaving a water block, but the water block cannot be picked up with an empty cell.
Steps To Reproduce	Place a Buildcraft tank, right click on it with a water cell.

Chocohead 2014-10-23 18:35 developer ~0003537	Empty Cells being consumed is a mechanic from IC1, and so that's just how it works. Right clicking dumping the fluid is right too, maybe not being able to pick it back up though.
