Summary	0001697: Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generator only produces 16 EU/t even with 6 RTG fuel inside
Description	My RTG Generators seem to produce only 16 EU/t with 6 RTG Fuel on them, according to Waila tooltip and my own test (see "Steps to Reproduce").
Steps To Reproduce	Place 4 RTG Generator with 6 RTG Fuel around a CESU that its output is either on the top or on the bottom, then place an empty advanced re-battery inside the CESU and see the CESU lost its energy when it should gain 128 EU/t from the RTG Generator placed around it, but it seems to gain only the half.

Aroma1997 2015-08-13 12:21 developer ~0004102	RTGs emit 32EU/t with 6 RTG pellets. Storage units can charge things faster than they can emit energy. An Advanced RE Battery can be charged at a rate of 256EU/t. When the CESU only gets 128EU/t and it charges an Adv. Battery, its buffer will drain at a rate of 128EU/t.
