Summary0001708: Carbon Rotors seems to last indefinitely (IC2 Version: industrialcraft-2-2.2.765 / Forge Version: 1.7.10-10.13.4.1448)
DescriptionI've been using 2 carbon rotors in kinetic wind generators for several days at y = 137. The durability on the rotors seem to inconsistently take durability loss. 1 rotor I have has been at 100% for at least 3 days of RL time. Another has lasted about 1 day RL time, and is only at 97%. I even think one of my rotors went UP in durability, going from about 92% up to 100% over some time, though I don't know exactly how to reproduce this.

I'm not sure if it is a factor, but the EU buffer on the Kinetic Generator attached to the kinetic wind generator is often full. My assumption, though, would be that the rotor would take durability loss even when this is full. Even if this assumption is wrong, though, I definitely feel something is off with the durability loss.

I only started using carbon rotors recently, so I don't know if it is a regression or not.

Rotor loss has always been very patchy. There was a time that the damage just reset every time a world was reloaded.

I do reload my world very often, so that could be the cause.

I have identical issue with 791 ic and 1492 forge... Some of rotors after world restarting looses item-damage and makes indestructible.
