Description	lv transformer does not output anything in step up or step down mode
Steps To Reproduce	build a nuclear reactor with 6 reactor chambers, connect the nuclear reactor via glass fibre cable to the lv transformer in step up mode and place a redstone block next to it turn on the reactor open the lv transformer gui watch......
