DescriptionA kinetic generator attached to a wind turbine with a carbon rotor, with an average output reading well below LV-transformer specs, is blowing an LV-transformer. Works fine with a MV-transformer.

Steps To Reproduce1. Place a wind turbine at around 75y, clear weather
2. Insert carbon rotor into turbine
3. Attach a kinetic generator to the wind turbine
4. Attach an LV-transformer to the kinetic generator (explodes)

I just read on the wiki that it has a max output of 512. That should really be noted in the GUI.

The tooltip explicitly states it's tier 3, so a HV output would explode an LV-Transformer.
