Summary0002188: Freshly placed cables kill light level for block
DescriptionWhen a cable is placed, the light level is set to 0 (at least graphically) until either the next cable is placed, or a torch is placed near it.
Steps To ReproducePlace any cable dark spot appears, place cable next to it, dark spot moves.
