|0002461: Server always crashes because of some machine that takes too many ticks to respond

I'm not sure if this is a ic2 related problem or a hopperduct related problem but the server was working fine a few days ago i'm not sure what changed but its always related to ic2 or ic2 and hopperduct mod taking too long or too many ticks and the server eventually just crashes.
The above errors is the most common one however i also get this error when the aforementioned doesn't trigger:

I just looked into these and the first issue most likely has nothing to do with IC2. To make sure, I'd need to have sampler data.
Could you download Sampler ( https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/sampler ) and run "/sampler trigger ticktime 30000" and send me the resulting .nps file?
To look into the second issue, I would need a log file.
