| Description | I found this error when I could not craft a stick. I don´t know if is this NEI bug or IC2, but i have this problem only when is IC2 installed. When i use key "U" for show what recipes use "Jungle Wood Plank", then in Ore Dictionary <ore:plankWood> is only Jungle Wood Plank. All others (Oak, Spruce, Birch, Acacia, DarkOak) planks are removed from <ore:plankWood>. After this i can craft stick, wooden button, wooden pickaxe, boat, and other recipes, which use <ore:plankWood> only from Jungle Wood Plank. Then i need to quit minecraft and start it again, then i can craft stick from all wood planks, until i use "U" key on any wood. I described this error on wood, but this is general problem with all Ore Dictionary entries. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Start minecraft 2) Try to craft stick from Oak, Spruce, and other wood planks - now it works. 3) Use "U" key on Oak wood plank, then hit esc (or e) for closing NEI window 4) Try to craft stick from Oak planks - it works 5) Try to craft stick from Spruce, Birch, Jungle (and others planks) - you cannot craft. 6) Use "R" key on stick, NEI shows only one recipe for stick, it's from Oak planks. | ||||
| Additional Information | I found this on latest version: Forge 10.13.2.1277 IC2 2.2.2.658 CodeChickenCore 1.0.4.29 NEI 1.0.4.80 But when i try on some older version, this bug is still here: Forge 10.13.2.1230 IC2 2.2.2.500 CodeChickenCore 1.0.2.13 NEI 1.0.2.36 My java Version: java version "1.7.0_72" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_72-b14) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.72-b04, mixed mode) In the Log is no record about this. | ||||

when this occurs, have you clicked on the empty output slot of the crafting table? there are cases where a recipe visually disappears but is still present logically. also, start the client and replicate the bug, then upload the forge log here so we can see it, there can be various useful info in there to determine what's actually happening. |

ok surprise surprise, I tested and found this to be present on my client too, and it does affect the logic behind it, but here's the catch, I got mine to break in the opposite direction. Pressing U for use on the spruce wood, clicking the back arrow to look at the ore dictionary and it's there as usual, but then doing so for oak and its not, once U is pressed on a vanilla wood plank block it wipes out all other vanilla planks off the oreDictionary and leaves the trigger.
